At Tarakid, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

Order cancellation is allowed only before the order has been dispatched.

If you cancel your order before dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be stopped.

In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

The remaining amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be refunded once the order is returned to us or as per our internal verification process.
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.

Tarakid reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action on a case-to-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
