Return & Refund Policy – Tarakid

At Tarakid, we take great care in delivering quality products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Order cancellation is allowed only before the order has been dispatched.

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If a customer requests cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be stopped.

  • In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The remaining amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be refunded once the order is returned to us or as per our internal verification process.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.

  • Tarakid reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action on a case-to-case basis.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Requests made after order delivery

  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Failure to accept delivery of the order
